New regional manager appointed for SES SIRIUS in Ukraine

SES SIRIUS AB, one of the leading satellite operators in Central and Eastern Europe, Nordic and Baltic countries, has appointed Percy Gustafsson as the new Regional Manager and Head of Office in Ukraine. Gustafsson takes up the duties from 1st of November and replaces Bengt Lindholm who hold this position since May 2006.
From November 1, 2007 Bengt Lindholm will assume responsibility for the entire SES SIRIUS sales in Eastern Europe.
Percy Gustafsson is a skillful top-manager with 14 years of experience at Ericsson, where he progressed from Software Developer to Department Manager and Head of Office. During his career he has been responsible for managing big-scale marketing projects for Ericsson, Nokia Home Communications and Streamware Solutions AB.
Percy Gustafsson started working at SES SIRIUS AB in 2004 as Product Manager and also worked in Sales Support and Business Development.
The Managing Director of SES SIRIUS AB, Håkan Sjödin, is confident that Percy Gustafsson's solid marketing experience will facilitate the implementation and the promotion of new services as well as foster the development of larger customers' base.
Percy Gustafsson said: "The launch of our new satellite SIRIUS 4 will increase our geographical reach in Eastern Europe and I expect business in Ukraine to be very successful in the coming years. In his spare time, Percy Gustafsson plays tennis, golf and he is also a keen diver and down-hill skier .
